With the free pick-up option selected, we will pick you up at the Long-stay car park. Use shuttle from the Terminal to the Long-stay car park calling for Long-stay Car Park T2 & T3.
Hop-off the shuttle at any stop, then please call the driver (or send SMS) what shuttle stop you are waiting for pick-up.
A toll-free airport shuttle is running every 10 minutes and the ride from the Terminal is usually taking 10 minutes (depends on the traffic conditions).
To save your budget, we never waiting for the passengers inside the Terminal as we do not know how long the immigration check and baggage reclaim procedure will take. But our pick-up procedure is unbelievable easy:
You do not need to rush through immigration check and through baggage reclaim – the driver is waiting outside the Terminal at the car park, designed for minicab vehicles and you will pay not any fee for this vehicle parking option.
When entering the public hall on the Terminal, use the lift to climb up to level 1 and see the bridge, heading to the car park (photo taken is a view from the car park side, as terminal access was closed at that time…):

Use the lift to climb up to level 4. When you will be on level 4, you will see a pick-up area, designed for Taxis & Minicabs (this photo is taken from the car park side):
Now is the right time to let your driver know you are cleared through all the security and baggage procedures and you are ready for pick-up.
The driver will arrive within 5 minutes as the AVA car park is very close to both Terminals 2 & 3.
Please be aware that only this is a way how to reduce your final bill for service you take. Any Meet & Greet option can cost you a lot of money because the driver has to pay for Short-stay car park use when waiting for you inside the Terminal.
You can add a Meet & Greet add-on into your booking for a one-off fee of £15 plus a parking fee.
